Only 32 cars...
GT1 is dead as we already knew and LMP1 has only 4 cars but it will be interesting to see if the balance is effective.
Still plenty of cars in LMP2, FLM and GT2 so it will still be interesting
I'm already in Algarve (Lagos) and in 2 days I'm going to watch my first race on the track
Good thing I'm precisly going to watch the race that has nearly no broadcast at all (Eurosport is gay!)
@Blueflames
Please be honest at least
Citroen beated alot more cars than just the Ford Focus and you know that. They have maybe the most reliable car in WRC and yet, it's a PSA car.
EDIT: oh and by the way, what momo is trying to say (I think)
Is that it was not a spectacular performance for Audi (they always were slow and reliable)
But a BAD one for Peugeot (last year they were enough reliable, not like this year and dam fast like this year)
This is not discrediting Audi's win IMO
You realize that citroen is from the same group than peugeot and is completly dominating WRC for some years now?
And that makes your comment about french cars invalid...
Loool
Now I can tell to my Audi fan friend that I have proof they were cheating :P
Oh and about 2011 I really really really hope Hybrid is not going to mess up the balance like diesel is
And I'm sad the new Peugeot is going to be an open car... LMPs look so much cooler with roofs ^^ And yea that's my opinion and anyone not agreeing with me is wrong
Boring...
I'd prefer to see the cars actually battling on the track :/
In LMP1 2009 was boring because peugeot were way too fast for Audis and didn't have any major problem.
In 2008 and 2010 it's boring because Audi still couldn't catch the peugeot but this time the peugeot lost the cars because they weren't so reliable as in 2009 (or maybe they didn't have luck this year or maybe they did have luck in 2009)
Oh and Petrol cars can't even compete anyway.
And sad for corvette and BMW in GT2 ^^
I hope next year will be more interesting with more fights and less technical problems.
The last interesting race I saw in LMP1 with peugeot and audi was 12h of Sebring!
Maybe they should have tested the 908 in a more hardocre, american style track this year too ^^
But still congratz to Audi for being on of the only "surviving" in LMP1.
